THE KINGSMAN APPROACH
Running a premises means balancing customers, staff, access and cost. Here’s what we agree with you when arranging a job.
We confirm the issue, location and access needs. You review the scope, exclusions, assessment or call-out fees, GST and payment arrangements before authorising attendance.
Relevant licence and insurance evidence, service area and availability are checked before assignments. Specialist electrical, refrigeration, plumbing and other licensed work needs the appropriate provider.
If the issue needs more work than expected, the revised scope and price need approval. Agree a spending limit and who can authorise changes when setting up the job.
Agree completion photos, any relevant trade documents and the handover requirements in the job scope. Any remaining work or access restrictions should be identified before the premises reopens.
For multi-site work, include your site list, approving contact, purchase-order requirements and preferred work windows. We confirm coverage site by site before agreeing a programme.
Contact Kingsman with your request reference and a description of the concern. We review it with you and agree the next step. Call 0428 246 919 or email Kingsman.
