Requests and attendance
Submitting a request does not book attendance, authorise work or confirm a credit account. Kingsman reviews the scope, service area, suitable trade availability, access and any assessment or call-out fee before confirming the next step.
Quotes and changes
Confirm scope, inclusions, exclusions, GST, payment arrangements, timing and authority in writing before work. Additional work and variations require agreement. Do not assume an online request includes a fixed price or guaranteed response time.
Specialist and healthcare work
Specialist work requires appropriately qualified providers. Healthcare maintenance is arranged after hours with site-specific access, work-area protection, infection-control requirements and handover agreed. Medical and dental equipment servicing is excluded.

Call 0428 246 919 to discuss availability. Temporary protection and securing are subject to an agreed scope, charges and spending authority. This website is not monitored continuously and does not dispatch emergency attendance.
Insurance quotes
Inspection and quote preparation do not authorise repairs. Any inspection fee must be agreed first. Claim decisions remain with the insurer, and repair work requires separate written approval.
Trade applications
An application is an expression of interest. It does not guarantee approval or work. Relevant identity, licence and insurance evidence, service scope, rates and job terms are checked before assignments. After-hours participation is optional and actual availability is confirmed for each request.
